Measurement and Statistics Certificate Application
Certificate Admission and Completion Policies
Per University policy, students are required to formally apply for admission to a certificate program. Students are not enrolled in a certificate program by virtue of being enrolled in related courses. The application must be submitted prior to completing two courses in the certificate program. Admission to the program must be approved by Dr. Yanyun Yang, the Measurement and Statistics certificate program coordinator, and the college's Office of Academic Services and Intern Support (OASIS).

Graduate students must earn a grade of ‘C-’ or better in all certificate coursework and a 3.00 cumulative GPA in certificate courses. All certificate coursework must be at the graduate-level (courses numbered 5000 and above) and must be completed within 7 years of first enrolling in certificate program coursework.

After successfully completing all certificate coursework, students must submit a Certificate Completion Form. The form should be submitted as soon as possible but no later than 2 weeks after grades post in the final semester. Completion of the program must be approved by the certificate program coordinator and OASIS.
Application Type
If you are a non-degree seeking student you must submit a non-degree seeking application in addition to this certificate application.
