Congratulations for completing your doctoral degree!

The following is an anonymous Exit Survey for students who are completing their doctoral programs. The purpose of this survey is to improve the doctoral experience for current and future students and to enable faculty and administrators to better understand the factors that contribute to doctoral degree completion and entrance into the employment sector.

You will not receive any direct benefit from participating in this evaluation. However, your participation will greatly assist us in improving the doctoral experience for other graduate students and for tracking the career paths of our students upon graduation.

PARTICIPATION IN THE EXIT SURVEY IS COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY. YOU MAY WITHDRAW FROM THIS SURVEY AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PREJUDICE, PENALTY OR LOSS OF BENEFITS TO WHICH YOU ARE OTHERWISE ENTITLED. PARTICIPATION OR NON-PARTICIPATION IN ANY ASPECT OF THIS STUDY WILL IN NO WAY AFFECT THE OUTCOME OF YOUR GRADUATE PROGRAM.

It should take 10-15 minutes to complete this electronic Exit Survey.

Completing the Exit Survey will be considered your consent to participate in this study.
