Thank you for your interest in serving as a Cluster Facilitator for the LeaderShape Institute at Florida State University. It is encouraging to know that there are people like you who are invested in LeaderShape’s vision of a just, caring, and thriving world where all lead with integrity and have a healthy disregard for the impossible.
The Cluster Facilitator selection process is an on-going one. This means that there is no particular time frame during which we will open and close this interest form, and people may be invited to join the Institute faculty at any time. This allows us to connect with people who would be outstanding contributions to the Institute and to the LeaderShape community as we “meet” them, rather than be restricted by a set time frame.
As we build the faculty team for each session that occurs the week after finals week/graduation in the spring semester at Florida State, our goal is to create a group that is diverse in life and professional experiences, and includes a variety of interests and passions. We are invested in putting together a team that is representative across all identity groups and that embraces LeaderShape’s mission and vision. Priority consideration is given to FSU faculty/staff and Tallahassee community members. However, we invite Master's students to consider our internship experiences.
